Purchase & Payments
We aim to make your literary journey as smooth as possible. Transactions are handled through our secure online portal, accepting all major credit cards. For signed editions or personalized inscriptions, please include clear instructions in the order notes section at checkout. Confirmation will be sent immediately via email.
Shipping Policies
Please be aware that all novels, signed or unsigned and merch are shipped from New Zealand. Tracking on every item will be provided to ensure the products are shipped safety and in a timely manner. Unfortunately this means shipping costs can be expensive, I can not provide un tracked service's at this time.
Due to my location, some countries are not receiving post from New Zealand at this time. For international post please try Amazon.com, for kindle copy's please visit Amazon and Kobo.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is defective and not fit for purpose. I will process a refund on a defective item, provided it is returned within one week of arrival of tracking numbers timeframe. All returned items must have a tracking number.
My exchange policy is, you have one week from package being delivered to qualify for an exchange. For exchanges please email me directly for orgainsing your exhange.
